The Forums was the best place for Weebl's Stuff discussion, general discussion, off-topic discussion, and more. It was also the place where people could register for an account to let them, not only post in threads but, be able to upload toons and games in Peepl's Stuff and submit links. It had a significant number of members at almost 30,000. It can be assumed that the forum was made in September 2003.
